Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and healthcare teams with basic patient care activities, including vital signs monitoring, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
- Observe and learn from experienced nurses during patient assessments, medication administration, and various medical procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Document patient information accurately under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Actively participate in learning opportunities, ward rounds, and educational sessions.
- Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety protocols.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent program.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid certification.
