Job Description
Join Admiral Group as an Insurance Underwriter and become a key part of our decision-making process. You will be responsible for assessing risks, determining policy terms, and calculating premiums for a variety of insurance products. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate insurance applications and renewals to determine risk acceptability.
- Calculate appropriate premiums based on risk assessment, company guidelines, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with sales, claims, and actuarial teams to ensure consistent application of underwriting principles.
- Communicate underwriting decisions clearly and effectively to brokers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and review existing policies for continued profitability and adherence to guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
