Job Description
Are you looking for a stable, full-time night shift opportunity with premium pay and comprehensive training? Blue Ridge Facility Solutions is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Industrial Cleaners. No prior experience is required – we provide full, paid training to ensure you have all the skills needed to succeed. This crucial role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of industrial facilities during night hours, contributing to a healthy and productive environment for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming industrial floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to high standards.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums (training provided).
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to company cleaning schedules and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation to and from work during night hours.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
