Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as a Hotel Management & Hospitality Intern at our luxurious Fairbanks resort. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with front office operations, including guest check-in/out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Support food and beverage departments, learning about restaurant service, banquet operations, and inventory management.
- Shadow supervisors in housekeeping, guest services, and other operational areas to understand daily resort functions.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and resolve minor issues with a professional demeanor.
- Participate in administrative tasks, data entry, and departmental meetings as required.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the resort's commitment to luxury service standards.
