Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Flower Packers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for light, clean work during day shifts. You will be responsible for carefully handling, preparing, and packing a variety of fresh flowers, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards before distribution. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided to the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully inspect, prepare, and pack fresh cut flowers into bouquets, arrangements, and boxes according to specific orders and quality guidelines.
- Ensure all flowers are handled gently to prevent damage and maintain freshness.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and tidy workstation throughout your shift.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the packing facility.
- Assist with other light duties as required, such as restocking supplies or preparing packaging materials.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to handling delicate products.
- Reliability and excellent punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic physical dexterity for light lifting, standing, and repetitive hand movements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a packing, production, or delicate handling role (though not essential).
