Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Federal Agency Call Center Representatives. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in both English and French (bilingualism is a significant asset).
- Experience working in a customer service environment (not required, but a plus).
