Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Factory Packaging Associate to join our production team. This is a full-time, on-site position with day shifts only – no night shifts required. As a Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are packaged safely, correctly, and efficiently, meeting our stringent quality standards. Your work directly contributes to getting our beloved brands into the hands of our consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring packaging machinery and equipment.
- Inspecting products and packaging materials for quality defects.
- Ensuring all products are correctly labeled, sealed, and packed according to specifications.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhering strictly to all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging equipment as needed.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25kg regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Basic literacy skills, including the ability to read and understand labels, instructions, and safety manuals.
- The capacity to work effectively and maintain focus in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 months of previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment.
- A High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety protocols.
