Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Experienced Care Workers to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This critical role involves providing high-quality personal and practical care to individuals in their homes or residential settings, enabling them to live as independently and comfortably as possible. We offer full Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and comprehensive relocation support for eligible international candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as per care plan and training.
- Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or well-being to supervisory staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment, promoting client independence and dignity.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong empathy, patience, and compassion.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving (e.g., lifting, assisting with mobility).
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant caregiving certification (e.g., CNA, HHA, NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent international qualification).
- Experience working with diverse client populations (e.g., elderly, individuals with disabilities, dementia care).
- Proficiency in a second language.
