Job Description

We are seeking talented and ambitious professionals in Engineering, Construction, and Architecture to join our dynamic team in Salmon Arm, BC. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
  • Contribute to architectural design development and review processes.
  • Perform engineering calculations, analysis, and technical evaluations.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, architects, project managers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, or architectural projects.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, from design to construction.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or professional licensure (e.g., P.Eng., Architect, PMP).
  • Experience with Canadian building codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, ArchiCAD).
  • Experience in sustainable design or green building practices (LEED AP).
  • Demonstrated experience working on large-scale commercial or institutional projects.
