Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training programs covering emergency protocols, disaster response techniques, and agency procedures.
- Assist with the coordination and distribution of relief supplies and resources during emergency events.
- Support data entry and record-keeping for incident reports, resource tracking, and volunteer management.
- Conduct basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the disaster response office.
- Engage with community members, providing information and support as directed by senior staff.
- Learn to operate communication equipment and support communication channels during emergencies.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of temporary shelters or command centers.
- Participate in drills and exercises to practice emergency response plans.
