Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented E-commerce Personalization Engraver to join our growing production team in Morden. In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced laser engraving machines to personalize a wide range of products available on our e-commerce platform. This is a hands-on position requiring a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a commitment to producing high-quality, customized items that delight our customers. You will play a crucial part in the final stages of our personalization process, ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laser engraving machines for the personalization of various e-commerce products including gifts, stationery, and other merchandise.
- Prepare products for engraving, ensuring correct alignment, placement, and material handling.
- Verify order details and designs against production specifications to ensure accuracy before and after engraving.
- Perform quality checks on all engraved items to identify and rectify any imperfections or errors.
- Load and unload materials and finished products from engraving machines efficiently and safely.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of engraving equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report complex technical problems to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Assist in inventory management of engraving materials and supplies.
