Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our innovative team in Palmdale, CA. This pivotal role involves optimizing our business processes through the effective implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding business requirements, configuring D365 modules, providing user training, and ensuring seamless system integration. This position offers comprehensive Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) support and a full relocation package for eligible candidates, demonstrating our commitment to attracting global talent to our state-of-the-art facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across various modules (e.g., Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service).
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new D365 functionalities.
- Collaborate with development teams for custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing Dynamics 365 applications.
- Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of D365 modules (e.g., Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service).
- Experience with D365 configuration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
