Job Description

No previous experience is required, as we provide full, comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you are confident and competent in your role. This is an incredible opportunity to start a career in care, working directly with clients in their homes across Dartford and the surrounding areas. We value our staff and offer paid travel time between client visits, ensuring you are compensated for your valuable time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication reminders and administration (following training).
- Support with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light household duties, such as tidying and laundry.
- Offer companionship and engage in social activities.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings.
- Accurately record and report on client well-being and any changes.
- Adhere to care plans and company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential due to the nature of domiciliary care.
- Willingness to learn and undertake comprehensive training.
Preferred Qualifications
- No formal qualifications are required, as full training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a customer service role or working with people.
