Job Description

This entry-level position is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a desire to help clients navigate challenging financial situations. You will work directly with clients to understand their financial circumstances, explain debt resolution options, and negotiate with creditors on their behalf. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential, recognizing your impact on both our clients’ lives and our business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete an intensive paid training program to understand debt settlement processes, regulations, and negotiation strategies.
- Engage with clients to conduct financial assessments, explain program benefits, and set realistic expectations.
- Negotiate with creditors and collection agencies to achieve favorable debt settlement outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and negotiation activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and empathetic support to clients throughout their debt resolution journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client outcomes and streamline processes.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate various software applications.
- High level of empathy, patience, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role (not necessarily in finance).
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
