You will work directly with clients to understand their financial circumstances, explain debt resolution options, and negotiate with creditors on their behalf. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete an intensive paid training program to understand debt settlement processes, regulations, and negotiation strategies.
  • Engage with clients to conduct financial assessments, explain program benefits, and set realistic expectations.
  • Negotiate with creditors and collection agencies to achieve favorable debt settlement outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and negotiation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and empathetic support to clients throughout their debt resolution journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client outcomes and streamline processes.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate various software applications.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role (not necessarily in finance).
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
