Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Analytics Lead to join our team in Madison, WI. This pivotal role involves leading a team of data analysts, driving strategic data initiatives, and translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights that inform product development, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire analytics lifecycle, from data collection and processing to advanced analysis and compelling visualization. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of data analytics principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to leveraging data for positive change in healthcare. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives and product roadmaps.

- Translate complex business questions into analytical requirements and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage analytical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of healthcare data standards and clinical workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Healthcare Informatics).
- Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets and electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
