Job Description
Are you passionate about health and wellness and looking for an exciting entry point into the booming recovery industry? Apex Wellness & Recovery Center is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Cryotherapy / Sauna Technicians. No prior experience is required – we offer comprehensive paid certification and training for all new hires, ensuring you are fully equipped to excel in this role. This is an immediate start position for someone eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, directly contributing to our clients’ well-being. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art cryotherapy chambers and infrared saunas, guiding clients through their sessions, and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cryotherapy chambers and infrared saunas according to strict safety protocols.
- Provide detailed instructions and guidance to clients on the safe and effective use of equipment.
- Monitor clients during sessions to ensure comfort and address any concerns promptly.
- Educate clients on the benefits of cryotherapy and sauna treatments.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and treatment rooms.
- Assist with client check-ins, scheduling, and general front desk duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the facility.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong interest in health, wellness, and recovery.
- Willingness to learn and commit to paid certification training.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols meticulously.
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong work ethic.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (even if not in wellness).
- Basic knowledge of anatomy or physiology.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
