Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our creative team, focusing on fashion and media content creation. This role is instrumental in developing engaging campaigns, visual assets, and editorial content that resonates with our diverse audience across various platforms. You will contribute to our mission of delivering impactful and captivating media experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for fashion and media campaigns, aligning with brand strategy.
- Produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, video, and photography, for various media channels.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and editorial teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in fashion, media, and digital content to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and budget requirements are met.
- Contribute to the strategic development of new and existing brands within the SCA portfolio.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable experience (minimum 3 years) in graphic design and visual content creation.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of current fashion and media trends, with an ability to translate them into engaging content.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work independently on projects while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Design, or a related creative field.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing creative work in fashion or media.
- Knowledge of the local Townsville market and audience preferences.
