Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks on site.
- Perform general site clean-up and organization to maintain a safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision after receiving proper training.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate actively in all provided training and safety certification programs.
- Dig trenches, hoist material, and perform other physically demanding tasks as required.
- Support the smooth operation of the construction site.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures.
