Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Condominium Concierge to join our team for night shifts in a quiet, upscale residential community in Florence, SC. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents during evening and overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle various tasks with discretion and efficiency in a calm environment. This is an on-site position critical to maintaining the high standards of our condominium.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, welcome residents and approved guests, and monitor access to the building during night hours.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct periodic property patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Handle incoming calls, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper logging and distribution.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare incident reports, and complete nightly administrative tasks.
- Assist residents with amenities bookings and provide local information or recommendations.
- Ensure common areas remain tidy and presentable, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service or hospitality experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, scheduling software)
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Reliability and punctuality for night shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a concierge, front desk, or security role within a luxury residential or hotel setting.
- Knowledge of local Florence amenities and services.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with property management software.
