Key Responsibilities
- Operate a bus safely and efficiently on designated routes.
- Adhere to schedules and traffic regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers.
- Assist passengers with disabilities and special needs.
- Collect fares and issue tickets accurately.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bus environment.
Required Skills
- Valid Australian Car Driver's License (minimum 2 years held).
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a medical examination and police check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
