Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and focused individual to join our production team as a Circuit Board Component Sorter. In this critical on-site role, you will be responsible for the visual inspection, identification, and precise sorting of various electronic components found on circuit boards. This position plays a vital part in our quality control and inventory management processes, ensuring that only the correct and high-quality components proceed to subsequent manufacturing stages. Full training will be provided to the right candidate with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection of electronic components on circuit boards to identify types, values, and conditions.
- Accurately sort and categorize components into designated storage bins, trays, or containers.
- Maintain precise records of sorted components, including quantities and any identified discrepancies.
- Report defective, damaged, or incorrect components to supervisors for further review.
- Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols, quality control standards, and company procedures.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and ensure the organized storage of components.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly workstation environment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify minute differences in components.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a focused, fast-paced production environment.
