Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the organization and maintenance of talent databases and casting platforms.
- Supporting casting sessions, including scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Conducting research for potential talent, industry trends, and project opportunities.
- Preparing casting breakdowns and talent submissions.
- Providing general administrative support to the talent management team.
- Learning about talent contracts, negotiations, and career development strategies.
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities as appropriate.
Required Skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
