Job Description

No experience is needed, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will be the face of H-E-B, helping customers with their purchases and ensuring a smooth, friendly checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and store services
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Bag groceries carefully and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
- Support other store operations as needed, contributing to a positive team environment
Required Skills
