Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Carbon Capture & Sequestration Intern to join our dynamic environmental solutions team in Salt Lake City. This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of carbon capture and storage technologies. You will contribute to real-world projects, assist in research, and support our senior engineers and scientists in developing sustainable solutions for industrial emissions. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn, with full training provided to help you develop foundational skills in environmental engineering and climate technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research and analysis of various carbon capture technologies and sequestration methods.
- Support senior engineers and scientists with data collection, processing, and interpretation related to CCUS projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary experts.
- Conduct literature reviews to stay current with advancements in carbon capture and sequestration.
- Provide general administrative and technical support to the project team as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in environmental sustainability, climate change, and carbon reduction technologies.
- Basic understanding of scientific principles (chemistry, physics, environmental science).
