Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Buffet Attendant to join our dynamic team at Hilton Garden Inn Elizabeth. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and replenishing food and beverage buffets, ensuring a high standard of presentation and hygiene. You will interact directly with guests, providing friendly assistance and ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and efficient. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down buffet stations according to established standards.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are replenished promptly and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, including tables, counters, and serving utensils.
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and any immediate needs.
- Monitor food temperatures and quality, reporting any issues to the kitchen staff or supervisor.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
