Join Crystal Clear Services Inc. as a Boutique Window Cleaning Helper and become an essential part of our early morning retail cleaning team in Hesperia. This entry-level position is perfect for an enthusiastic individual looking for a stable job with a consistent schedule. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our boutique retail clients present a sparkling first impression every day. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to excel in your role. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead window cleaners in cleaning exterior and interior windows of various retail boutiques.
- Prepare and organize cleaning tools and solutions before each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and vehicle.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures diligently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site managers.
- Ensure all work is completed to Crystal Clear Services' high standards before store opening hours.
Required Skills
- Ability to work reliably during early morning hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift equipment (up to 25 lbs) throughout a shift.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to various retail locations in Hesperia.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
