Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Part-time Boutique Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team at Seed Heritage in Joondalup, specifically for weekend shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion and is eager to provide outstanding customer service. While previous retail experience is a bonus, it is not essential; we are looking for individuals with a genuine desire to learn and contribute to a stylish and dynamic retail environment. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role, focusing on sales, visual merchandising, and creating memorable customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and tidiness.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor and assist with inventory management.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and promoting current campaigns.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
