Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee but have no prior experience? That’s perfectly fine with us! Gloria Jean’s Coffees is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Barista Trainees in Campbelltown. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where we will provide comprehensive, hands-on training to transform you into a skilled barista. You’ll learn everything from bean selection and grinding to mastering various brewing techniques, milk frothing, and creating beautiful latte art. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions to learn coffee preparation techniques.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently after training.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to Gloria Jean's standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and welcoming service to all customers.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and process orders.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
