Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized financial partners for wealth management, mortgage, or business banking needs.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues professionally and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all Truist products, services, and digital tools.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to all operational policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect client information and bank assets.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist others.

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
