Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual to join our bakery team in Matane as a Bakery Oven Tray Scrubber. This role is crucial for maintaining the hygiene and operational efficiency of our bakery. You will be responsible for the thorough cleaning of oven trays, baking pans, and other bakery equipment, often dealing with tough, burned-on residue. Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous scrubbing and cleaning of bakery oven trays, baking pans, and various kitchen utensils.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to effectively remove tough, burned-on food residues.
- Operate and maintain industrial dishwashers or cleaning equipment as needed.
- Ensure all cleaned equipment meets stringent hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines for cleaning and chemical handling.
- Assist with other general cleaning duties within the bakery department as required.
