Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as an Auto Auction Lot Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving a wide variety of vehicles around our auction lot, staging them for sale, and relocating them post-auction. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount. If you enjoy driving different vehicles daily and working outdoors, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive and park various types of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs) within the auction lot.
- Stage vehicles in designated areas for pre-auction inspection and sale.
- Relocate vehicles to post-sale areas as directed.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws on company property.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent spatial awareness and parking skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle logistics or a related field.
- Familiarity with auction operations.
