Job Description
Join the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort team as a Lobby Greeter and become the welcoming face of our luxurious property. In this casual, part-time role, you will play a crucial part in setting the tone for our guests’ stay, ensuring a warm and impeccable first impression. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, even those new to the field, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests and visitors upon their arrival and departure from the lobby.
- Offer assistance with luggage, directions, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting lobby area at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer support or solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with front desk staff, bell services, and other resort departments.
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Assist with managing guest flow during peak hours.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as necessary.
