Job Description
Delta Group is urgently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Entry Level Demolition Hands in Swan Hill. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the civil construction and demolition industry, with no prior experience required. We are committed to providing comprehensive on-the-job training, ensuring you gain valuable skills and knowledge to excel in this physically demanding yet highly rewarding role. You will be an integral part of our project teams, contributing to the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects across various sites in the Swan Hill region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced demolition operatives with various tasks on site.
- Perform manual labour duties including lifting, carrying, and clearing debris.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (after training).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations and company policies.
- Support the preparation and clean-up of demolition sites.
- Learn and apply new demolition techniques and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous manual labour.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all site rules.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Swan Hill area.

Preferred Qualifications
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) – desirable but can be obtained with assistance upon employment.
