Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Janitorial Assistant to join our team in Port Hedland. This role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of designated facilities during morning shifts. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained environment for clients and visitors. This is a regular work position, offering stability and consistent hours for an individual who is punctual, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, ensuring all fixtures are spotless and supplies are replenished.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and office spaces.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Manage cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
