Job Description
As an HR Transformation Lead at EY, you will be a key driver in guiding our clients through complex HR change initiatives. You will lead engagements focused on redesigning HR functions, implementing cutting-edge HR technology, and optimizing people processes to enhance organizational effectiveness. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on implementation expertise, and exceptional client relationship management skills. You will work with diverse clients across various industries, leveraging your expertise to deliver tangible and sustainable HR transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR transformation projects from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and execute HR transformation strategies, including HR target operating models, digital HR roadmaps, and process re-engineering.
- Advise clients on HR technology selection, implementation, and optimization, specifically focusing on major HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Drive change management and adoption initiatives to ensure successful transition and value realization for new HR systems and processes.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities for further engagement and thought leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to team growth.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and presenting solutions to prospective clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging HR technologies, and best practices in HR transformation.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR consulting or in-house HR transformation roles, with demonstrable project leadership.
- Proven expertise in HR strategy, process optimization, and HR technology implementation (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Exceptional client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PROSCI Change Management, Lean Six Sigma).
- Experience with Agile methodologies in HR project delivery.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
