Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our facilities team as Industrial Cleaners for the Night Shift. This is an exceptional opportunity for those looking to start a new career path, as full training will be provided – no prior experience is necessary. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility remains pristine, safe, and organized, contributing directly to the high standards of our operations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all industrial areas, including production floors, workshops, and communal spaces.
- Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Empty waste bins and manage waste disposal according to company environmental policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and office areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Adhere to a strict cleaning schedule to ensure all areas meet required hygiene standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily cleaning objectives.
