Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Festival Wristband / Accreditation Staff for various summer events in and around Cheltenham. This is a temporary role, perfect for students, those seeking flexible summer work, or anyone looking to gain experience in the exciting world of festivals. You will be the first point of contact for attendees, ensuring a smooth and positive entry experience. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently issue wristbands and accreditation passes to festival attendees, artists, and staff.
- Verify tickets, digital passes, and identification accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and assisting attendees with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Manage queues effectively and maintain an organised entry point.
- Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure a secure and smooth accreditation process.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors as needed.
- Adhere to all festival and company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
