Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee but have no experience? This is your chance to start a rewarding career as a Barista! CIBO Espresso is seeking enthusiastic Barista Trainees to join our vibrant team in Adelaide. We believe in investing in our people, and this role offers comprehensive, hands-on training from the ground up. You will learn the art and science of coffee making, customer service excellence, and how to thrive in a fast-paced café environment. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training modules provided, learning coffee preparation techniques, latte art, and machine operation.
- Assist experienced baristas and team members with daily café operations, including stocking, cleaning, and customer service.
- Learn to accurately take customer orders and process payments with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of different coffee beans, blends, and brewing methods.
