Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior dispatch staff with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
- Learn to coordinate and monitor the movement of freight and vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support the management of dispatch schedules and update system records accurately.
- Shadow experienced coordinators to understand route planning and optimisation strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of logistics processes and software.
- Address basic inquiries and provide support in resolving minor operational issues.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
