Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with game selection, explaining rules and operating instructions clearly and patiently.
- Monitor arcade machines, performing basic troubleshooting and reporting maintenance needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
- Handle prize redemption, assist guests with prize choices, and manage prize inventory.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Respond to guest inquiries, provide directions, and resolve minor issues with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
