Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Commercial Office Cleaners to join our evening team, serving various commercial clients across the Adelaide region, with a focus on areas including Norwood and surrounding districts. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in office environments after business hours. You will be an integral part of ensuring our clients’ workspaces are pristine, safe, and pleasant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting of all assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchenettes as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or security concerns observed during shifts.
- Work independently or as part of a small team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an unsupervised environment.
- Good physical fitness, capable of tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a similar role is advantageous, but not strictly required as full training will be provided.
- Current South Australian driver's license and access to reliable transportation, given the regional nature of the work.
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
