Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Sweeper to join our team in Gladstone, Queensland. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals seeking a stable job with easy-to-learn tasks. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. Your primary role will be to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our warehouse facility, supporting our operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily sweeping and cleaning of warehouse floors and designated areas.
- Operate basic industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., walk-behind sweepers, floor scrubbers) after training.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in appropriate receptacles.
- Maintain cleanliness of staff common areas, including lunchrooms and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as required.
