Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Garden Maintenance Hand for casual day shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors, is physically active, and eager to learn the ropes of professional garden care. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across different properties in Gladstone, helping to maintain beautiful landscapes. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to the right candidate with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns and edging garden beds with precision.
- Weeding, mulching, and general garden bed maintenance.
- Pruning shrubs and small trees to maintain shape and health.
- Watering plants, especially during dry periods.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of work areas and client properties.
- Safe operation and basic maintenance of garden tools and equipment.
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
