Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare & Medical professionals to join our diverse teams across various specialties within the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. Key Responsibilities

- Participate in ward rounds, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and infection control policies.
- Support junior staff and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing), meeting UK professional registration requirements.
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current professional registration with a relevant UK body (e.g., NMC, HCPC, GMC, or equivalent recognized overseas qualification eligible for UK registration).
- Evidence of continuous professional development and participation in relevant training programs.
- Experience in a specialized area such as critical care, surgery, paediatrics, or mental health.
- Advanced IT skills, including experience with electronic patient record systems.
