Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare & Medical professionals to join our diverse teams across various specialties within the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ward rounds, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and infection control policies.
  • Support junior staff and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing), meeting UK professional registration requirements.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current professional registration with a relevant UK body (e.g., NMC, HCPC, GMC, or equivalent recognized overseas qualification eligible for UK registration).
  • Evidence of continuous professional development and participation in relevant training programs.
  • Experience in a specialized area such as critical care, surgery, paediatrics, or mental health.
  • Advanced IT skills, including experience with electronic patient record systems.
