Job Description
Are you an outgoing and enthusiastic individual looking for exciting weekend work? EventFlow Promotions is seeking friendly and reliable Promotional Samplers to join our team in Renmark. In this role, you will be the face of various products, engaging with customers, offering samples, and creating a positive brand impression. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people and wants flexible work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and engage with customers in retail environments or at events.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Offer product samples and encourage trial, adhering to all hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and appealing sampling station.
- Answer customer questions about products accurately and enthusiastically.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the team.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and arrive punctually with a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light promotional materials.
- Availability to work primarily on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or promotions is a plus but not essential.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, if required for specific product promotions (training can be provided).
