Job Description
Are you looking to start a career in the construction industry but don’t have experience or a White Card? This is your chance! Ventia is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Site Cleaners in Gosford. We offer full training for the role and provide assistance with obtaining your mandatory White Card, which is essential for working on any construction site in Australia. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe and tidy construction environment. Your dedication will contribute directly to the efficiency and safety of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties on construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Remove debris, waste, and excess materials from designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of site facilities, including lunchrooms, offices, and amenities.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with safety guidelines and site protocols.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any hazards or maintenance issues to site management.
- Assist with waste segregation and disposal.
- Adhere to all Ventia and site-specific health and safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of English for communication and safety instructions.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.

- Current Australian Driver's License and reliable transportation (advantageous but not essential).
