Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic individual with a flair for customer service and a love for interactive experiences? Mind Maze Adventures Burnaby is seeking a dynamic and engaging Escape Room Game Master to join our team for weekend shifts. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is outgoing, quick-thinking, and eager to create memorable moments for our guests. You’ll be the face of our adventures, guiding players through their journey, providing timely hints, and ensuring a safe and exciting environment for all. Full training will be provided, so no prior escape room experience is necessary – just a passion for fun and people!
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in guests, explaining rules and safety guidelines
- Monitor games in progress, providing timely and appropriate hints when needed to enhance the player experience
- Operate control room software and equipment effectively
- Debrief guests post-game, celebrating their successes and capturing their feedback
- Reset escape rooms quickly and accurately between games, ensuring all props are in their correct positions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude
- Assist with light administrative tasks and merchandise sales as required
- Ensure all guests adhere to safety protocols and company policies

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts
