Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaning Assistant to join our dynamic team in Albury. This role is crucial for maintaining the pristine appearance of our commercial clients’ properties. As an Assistant, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learning best practices for commercial window cleaning, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring safety standards are met on every job. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior window cleaners in all aspects of commercial window cleaning tasks.
- Prepare and set up equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, water-fed poles, and safety harnesses.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and other glass surfaces on various commercial sites.
- Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to strict safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working order.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients on-site.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
