Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-time Host to join our team for evening shifts. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, looking to work in a dynamic and welcoming environment. As an Evening Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or further their career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and providing initial information about specials.
- Manage waiting lists and guest flow to ensure optimal seating and guest satisfaction.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservation bookings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
- Communicate effectively with dining room staff, kitchen, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required to support the dining team.
