Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Scan & Pack Warehouse Clerks to join our dynamic team in Wallaceburg, ON. This is a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for accurately scanning, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring products reach our customers in perfect condition and on time. Immediate openings are available for candidates ready to jump into a rewarding role with a leading global company. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scan incoming and outgoing products using handheld scanners or computer systems.
- Efficiently pack items according to company standards, ensuring product safety and minimizing damage.
- Verify product quantities and ensure correct items are packed for each order.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and staging in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of lifting up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy for operating scanning equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience using RF scanners or similar inventory management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
